Concierge Onboarding
If we agree to move forward, we create your account in our secure client portal and send you an activation email. No registration forms for you to fill.
Activate & Pay
You click the link in the email to set your password and access your dashboard. The first step in the dashboard is to pay the full service fee via Stripe to kick off the engagement.
Provide Access & Kickoff
The dashboard will guide you to provide us with the necessary read-only IAM access to your AWS account. Once access is confirmed, we schedule the 2-week triage.
